This course is the classic (traditional) electrical artisan course. The course enables the student to work with heavy electrical currents (for electricity and domestic wiring, industrial and civil industries) and light electrical currents (such as used for required for digital and industrial electronics).

Entry requirements

Entry Requirements for N1 – N3 : Grade 10 with Maths and Science
Entry Requirements for N4 – N6: Grade 12 or Equivalent

Course structure and modules

The duration per each level (N1 – N3) is 3 months. Students are expected to pass 4 subjects for each level in order to get a certificate. The duration per each level (N4-N6) is 6 months. The students will then qualify for a Diploma upon completion of a minimum of 12 subjects ranging from N4-N6 with a 2-year service training period.
